To serve you better we do accept returns and exchanges in a reasonable delay under 10 days after the reception of your package.
Write to us and specify your order number + the reason of the return and we will give you a return authorization.
The following items do not meet our return criteria and cannot be exchanged or refunded:
Wearing, washing or damaging itemsItems with labels removed or missing
The general rule is 10-20 business days before we receive and process you return or exchange, this delay included inspecting your returned products. In case of a return we will reimburse you in the original method of payment within 3-5 working days. All shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer when processing an exchange or return.
We attach a great care to our merchandise; it is controlled before shipping. Nevertheless, in the case of a defective item, please contact us by email in the next 10 days following the reception of your parcel and we will exchange it to you. If ever we don’t have the same item, we will refund you as quick as we receive back the defective item.
